Immensely passionate about life’s opportunities and the promise of good marketing, Michelle Adams has long worked to bring clients a comprehensive and refreshing approach to strategic marketing. Her company’s solutions, developed with an appreciation for the fast-paced industry and an understanding of human nature’s intricacies, have consistently achieved impressive results for clients, and forming lasting partnerships.

In 1995, Michelle established PRISM Marketing Communications in the living room of her home with one designer. While spearheading the company’s drive to earn new business and maintain positive client relationships, over the past 13 years, she has dedicated much of her time and energy to building an experienced team who could consistently develop successful marketing plans, strategies, and objectives for every client.

Today, PRISM has grown to be one of central Ohio’s largest 25 agencies and is proud to boast an impressive client list and track record including accounts with Procter & Gamble, Cardinal Health, CARE Pharmacies, Cintas, Commercial Vehicle Group, Johnson & Johnson, and Worthington Industries.

Prior to PRISM, Michelle served as Vice President of Spectrum Marketing in Cincinnati for more than five years. During this time she played a major role in winning accounts such as Procter & Gamble (Brands include: Aleve product launch, Pepto Bismol, Crest, Metamucil, Scope, Pringles), Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Lenscrafters, Bank One, Heinz Pet Food Products and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. Spectrum grew in sales from $800,000 to $5 million during Michelle’s tenure.

In addition to serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of PRISM Marketing Communications, Michelle has three young children and remains active with the following organizations: COSI Board of Directors- Trustee, Capital University Board of Trustees Member, New Albany Rotary and Church of the Resurrection.

Michelle is a sought after speaker for many universities and business events in the city of Columbus and its surrounding areas of central Ohio, including Capital University, from where she graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration, as well as The Ohio State University, Ohio Northern University, Ohio University, Franklin University, and events for Business First.
